Pladis Chocolate Warming Control Panel

We recently replaced an old, unreliable control panel on a chocolate warming cabinet. The old control panel wasn't getting to the set temperature and was fluctuating causing all sorts of problems with recipes.
The new control panel that N-Tech have designed and built, upgraded it from an analog potentiometer to a digital PID temperature controller as well as upgrading all of the components. The new panel allows for maximum accuracy and precision, an important factor whilst working within the food industry.
